If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it for any reason please inform us by telephone 01553 764058 within 5 working days and we will exchange them or give you an in-store/online credit when the goods are received back by us. Additionally, also make sure that you obtain a certificate of posting which is available free of charge from the Post Office or send to it to Shipshape Tackle, 7 Austin Fields, King’s Lynn, Norfolk PE30 1PH by recorded delivery so you have evidence that the goods were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise soiled and are in the original, undamaged packaging. Postage in this instance will not be refunded.

 

Please ensure all deliveries are inspected before signed for. Any signs of damage in transit should be signed for upon delivery. Please inform us straight away and follow the returns procedure above, and we will exchange or offer a full refund.

 

For any warranty claims, please inform us in writing as soon as possible as we reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer states that it is not a product fault, then Shipshape Tackle reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Complaints

For any complaints and disputes these should be made directly to us via email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
